A Community Event Coordinated by:
The City of St. Paul, Ramsey County and the St. Paul Police!

A “one-stop shop” model of delivering services to people experiencing homelessness in our community. Project Homeless Connect began in San Francisco in 2004 and has grown into a national best practice with great potential for getting people off the streets and into housing.

St. Paul/Ramsey County Project Homeless Connect will hold its 3rd event on:
Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at the
St. Paul RiverCenter, 175 W. Kellogg Boulevard.

This event comes together with the support of many social service agencies, corporate sponsors and community volunteers.

Please help us end homelessness in Ramsey County.

Connecting Our Neighbors with Local Services

At each event we welcome our homeless neighbors (men, women, children and youth) to an event  where they can access a wide variety of resources in one place, including:

  •  housing referrals and placement
  •  employment services,
  •  education information,
  •  medical care, eye doctors & mental health care,
  •  benefits advice, & government information,
  •  haircuts, food and clothing,
  •  legal services & veterans services,
  •  much more.
